Brad qualified as a Civil Engineer has been a property developer and builder for 40 years. He has completed residential, commercial, retail and industrial projects and advised major corporate clients all over the country.
Brad has an MBA and is part way through his Doctor of Business Administration. He is a director of several property businesses and a construction consultancy group.
John Lamond
John is a commercial and strategic finance executive who has held Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director roles with several of the UK’s leading property companies. John has developed close relationships with lenders through many successful projects with his clients.
He has over 20 years experienced in the property sector and has been involved in investment and development for commercial and residential schemes. He structures businesses and deals to reduce costs, maximise the ROI for investors and minimise tax.
John has an MBA and is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant he is also a director of a business that provides financial management advice to SMEs including finding suitable asset and growth finance, and equity.
